Sample Schedule

Weekdays are typically 9am-10pm. Saturdays are 9am-3pm.

Every other weekend will be special programming for you to experience aspects of yoga beyond the Primary Series. These workshops for Meditation will run from Friday mornings until Sunday at 1pm, and the Mini Yogis kids yoga training will run from 8am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Sundays without special programming are optional.
